A. Open the acetylene gas switch on the welding gun and ignite it.

B. Turn on the oxygen switch on the welding gun.

C. Adjust the opening of acetylene and oxygen switches according to welding needs.

When ⑶ extinguish the fire, it should be carried out in the following order:

A. Turn off the oxygen switch on the welding gun first.

B. Close the acetylene gas switch on the welding gun again. The general oxygen pressure is twice times greater than the acetylene pressure. If acetylene gas reflux is found in use, the oxygen switch should be turned off in time to avoid accidents.
